What is the best exercise for the brain?

We all know that all types of exercises improves our brain. But below mentioned things are proven to exercise our brains specifically:


  • Recalling memories

  • Doing something on a reverse or unusual from your normal patterns (like brushing the teeth from the other hand)
  • Do something while eyes are closed (you can try this while under the shower too)
